By the judgment in Firm PI 1 Ltd v Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd & anor [2014] NZSC 19 on 17 March 2014 the Supreme Court granted leave to the appellant to appeal the Court of Appeal decision that the sum insured in the material damage insurance policy included EQC payments.
